KPMG Annual Sustainable Procurement Event


We were honoured to be asked back to cater for the 3rd annual KPMG Sustainable Procurement Event in December.  Guests enjoyed old favourites such as griddled aubergine in a mint and parsley dressing on a garlic brushetta and Beef carpaccio with cauliflower and horseradish puree on crostini as well as some new canapés, including Salmon & pickled ginger with wasabi on cucumber.  As ever the mini chilli cheese burgers were especially popular.  The evening ended with rich orange chocolate brownies and mini mince pies topped brandy whipped cream.
