La Battistina estate consists of 25 hectares of south facing vineyards, including 5 hectares of ‘Gavi del Comune di Gavi’, on a unique combination of limestone and clay. English pale malts coupled with Challenger & Goldings hops provide the bitterness and aroma. The result is a highly distinctive light, golden ale similar in character to a full-bodied Czech lager.

Best Bitter 3.7% ABV
A traditional Best Bitter brewed with Pale and Crystal malts and Goldings aroma hops. The result is a full-bodied ale with distinctive fruity caramel notes.

Gluten Free Beer 4.2%ABV
A clean, crisp gluten free ale with a pilsner lager style finish and aromas of citrus and mandarin from American Amarillo hops, suitable for coeliacs.

All of our hot drinks are made with Fairtrade ingredients ensuring a better deal for Third World producers. Our orange juice is also Fairtrade certified and our apple juice is sourced from local growers in Kent. We make fresh fruit smoothies everyday in our kitchen and can supply a variety of mixers and well known canned and bottled drinks.

Still and sparkling water are bottled on-site as part of our commitment to reducing waste, saving energy and minimising our wider environmental impact.

Hot Drinks

Depending on the location and style of your event, we may be able to offer a full range of espresso based drinks made from Fairtrade coffee and local organic milk.

At events where this is not possible, we can provide Fairtrade organic filter coffee from freshly ground beans.

At any event, we are also able to provide a range of Fairtrade teas, alongside organic herbal and fruit infusions and Fairtrade chocolate drinks.
